The Executive Advisory Council (EAC) is a venue for chief executives and key individuals in higher education to share their perspectives on strategic issues affecting higher education. Members focus on the development of a long-term strategic vision for higher education technology and exchange ideas about the future of our products and services with SunGard Higher Education executives and other members.

The SunGard Higher Education Pillar Institutions Program is a strategic and collaborative initiative that brings together more than thirty chief information officers from our client institutions. Pillar members have an exceptional understanding of higher education technology and a compelling vision for their institution's future. That perspective provides us with a better understanding of institutional technology environments and needs, which in turn helps us develop better solutions for our customers.

Customer Advisory Boards

Customer Advisory Boards represent the users of SunGard Higher Education’s solutions by providing advice that helps guides product strategy, planning, and execution. Customer Advisory Boards ensure that existing functionality and services continue to meet the needs of our customers, assess opportunities for additional enhancements, services, and solutions that will support the evolving needs of our customers, and provide SunGard Higher Education’s product management function with insight and counsel as they work to meet the needs of every SunGard Higher Education customer.
